Privacy
How information you submit is used.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form: your name, email, district, and optionally your role, phone number and message. When you register for the webinar: your name, school district and email, plus your consent choices. With either form we also record the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm parameters), the team member page you visited, and a one-way hashed form of your network address used only to limit abuse.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to give you access to the webinar, to understand which outreach brought you here, and to prevent spam. If you tick the optional updates box on the webinar form, the firms may email you about this litigation; you can ask to stop at any time.
Webinar access and progress
After webinar registration your browser stores a random access token so you can return without registering again; we record which chapter you reached so you can resume. Registration confirms that an email was submitted. It does not verify that you own the address. Clearing your browser storage removes the token.
Private working notes
Notes typed into the webinar's working-session questions stay in your browser only. They are never sent to the firms or included with any form, and you can clear them at any time.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to the firms' authorized personnel.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or remove information you submitted, call our team at 888-884-2379 or send a note through the contact form.
Not legal advice
Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information through this website.
